Hello to the board..Am considering purchasing an 04 tt cab. Most recent car tha I owned was a 997.1s. Other than the engine, what are the differences between a 996 turbo and a 997 S. Would also like to know if there are any out there in 6speed in the North east region?

996tt is a turbo car, with alot more potential in power, and a different body style then a 997 S.

997 has round headlights, 996 has the cracked egg headlights as they call them.

996tt has the metzger engine, and with an exhaust and a flash will out perform most other stock vehicles on the road. with more mods it becomes a slippery slope in money and addiction to power.
