Any blown motors with stock k16 turbos + 1 bar tune?

Just curious.. don't like to read blown motor threads! For me, k16s plus a tune is plenty of power.. just wondering if there are any cases of blown motors with this near stock setup?

If there are, it would be from less than safe tuning or a serious mechanical issue. Stick with the well known names on here and you'll be more than fine.
