I was just going through an intersection at 20mph right after Starbucks in walnut creek, ca this morning and the driver going the other way decides to turn left before I was through the intersection.

Best part is she says she never saw me or heard me.

rxbike Nov 9, 2013 08:24 PM

And I had to miss the USC-Cal game on top of that, that's what sucked most , with USC having a great game !

Danyol Nov 9, 2013 08:44 PM

It Sucks, sorry; but it looks like a glancing blow, the car will live to fight another day!

Yes, tire scrub and rim clipped a couple of spot on the edge of the wheel

Feeling bad until the part about USC...

KIDDING.

Should be straightforward repair. Make sure you take control of the repairs and TELL the insurnace folks how it will be done. Find a great shop and make sure they understand they work for you - and that you will do what it takes to get them their money out of insurnace.

Any of the damaged stuff aftermarket, with a risk that insurance won't like the extra cost?

jpflip Nov 9, 2013 11:02 PM

I'm so sorry for you. Hope it will be fix soon and back to the original state!

unvmy996 Nov 9, 2013 11:21 PM

Ahh it will buff right out.. Ok I kid I kid. The most important thing is that you are safe and not hurt in any way .. The car can be fixed .

But I do feel your pain and know that sucks

ubernoober Nov 9, 2013 11:43 PM

Awful. Truly awful.
"Didn't see you, didn't hear you". What exactly was the other driver doing in the drivers seat if not driving?
