I thought the sound was coming out of the passenger side speakers.
Hmmm, have you narrowed down what it might be? I'm hoping to take a video once we have a dry day

So I finally got around to taking a video of the noise, it doesn't seem to affect anything so I've been lazy getting around to it. Any ideas?

Yup, that is the exact same sound I have.

Also, right at the same speed.

I can bet money its the blower for the climate control system. Try going 100 with the climate control turned OFF.

No chance it's one of the speed "limits" that are set by previous owner? Indicates/alarm when you exceed an operator set speed? I haven't had mine long enough to know what it sounds like but I did read about it in the manual and found where the setting is

I'm thinking the same, air has to be getting in somewhere. The windshield appears to be oem and there's no record of it being replaced

is there any vibration at all in the car? to me it sounds like 2 pieces of metal rubbing against each other behind the dash somewhere.

I dunno about the sound you're hearing but my car has a deafening whine at 180 mph
and by the time you reach 200 ( a few seconds later ) it's downright scary sounding.

I think it's wind related. Get a passenger and use a stethoscope (get one at any medical/uniform shop) and as the sound peaks have the passenger use the scope on areas around windshield etc.
