Ask for a VIN number. That should clear things up.

The reply I got....

I have for sale a 2001 MODENA F1 360 Ferrari in excellent condition. It is a
beautiful car and it is 100% adrenaline guaranteed.
The car has never been in an accident and it runs like fire. It has no
hidden damages and has warranty left until Feb. 2004. I must sell it because
it is way too fast and too furious for me. The Ferrari is not actually my
type of car and I want to sell it because I want a slower one, which will
fit my needs.

The vin # is ZFFYU51A410125016.

why would someone sell a car to get a slower one?? i can understand selling because a car is too stiff, too small, too loud, etc. Does the thing just take off on its own from stoplights?

God and I thought I was spoiled....my dad won't even buy himself a spyder (had a Modena and 575M). Good for you man, can't wait to tell my stepmom, as she think I am the only kid driving a nice car like a Porsche turbo

For a used EURO Modena at 100k, if it was a U.S. car it would be a different story, who knows what this car has been through overseas, this is no great deal.
