Trying to get an idea on what level of suspension I really need.

My car is still on it's stock suspension and it's starting to creak and also sag a little. I do not track the car but it's my daily driver so want to get a better system but nothing more than I need.
I have a local friend who moved up to KWs and has his stock GT2 setup laying around.....now I know they need Moton sleeves to work but are these really a step up or should I look for better.
