Although I agree with what you say for the most part. When things like that happen, you tend to react to the moment. I think I would of done the same thing as Shank, it may not be the ideal thing to do, but it's the human reaction (at least for most people). Someone throw a bottle at my $200k car, I'm not going to shrug it off.

I'm feelin' ya ... hell, if they hit me at the wrong time, I may be willing to crash my $hit just to make sure the fool won't do it again

I appreciate your compliment,LOL, since I never grew up and my two sons grew up with me at the drag strips. If nothing else, I truly had my 15 min of fame with my Race Shop chop top Karmann Ghia.
