I'll admit it, I LOLed. Poor dude is gonna have a coronary. Didn't see too much to get twisted over though. Oddly enough, he's right about one thing at least - the shop shouldn't be taking in budget jobs that it's not equipped to perform well, at the risk of this very scenario.

On a personal note, I was encouraged by all the agreement I received here and via PM about taking the high road. Thanks for that, gang. It strengthens my faith that, for the most part, we're still a classy bunch, or at least trying to be - that one negative rep I received from someone I won't name saying, and I quote, "your an idiot" notwithstanding. I LOLed harder at that, actually. Third grade grammar, buddy... Learn some.

I am taking the high road, this video is not linked to their business name and all I asked for yesterday is for my $75 back, because alignment is not done properly. I still have front and rear in marginal red, because ..... you saw his attitude and will to succeed.
Car pulls right when I step on the brakes, so she goes to respectable shop this week.

I ordered one also.

I would like to see a pic of the OP's installation. Is there any accessory mount that needs to be purchased separately?

Yeah definitely, you did the right thing by not putting them on blast. Cool camera setup, too. How do you have it mounted, any pics of your setup?

I really think the OP handled this very well, kudos for that. Maybe the guy just had a bad day. Next time, find yourself a race shop who does alignments; they usually do a better job and care about cars. I pay $130 for a perfect alignment here in the Bay Area.

Ck986 is infamous around these parts
Reminds me of the time i went to firestone to have some tire rack tires/wheels rebalanced. They didnt do a great job as there was a vibration at speed. They just said here's your money back, we dont have time to trouble shoot.

You can buy a holder for your smarphone and download app for it. It works same way, even application let you setup 911 call if anything happens, im not sure how it works tho, BUt would love to record stuff while driving, just to have a proof if anything bad happens

what I hate is when they do something to your car and never mention it, I went with my M3 long time ago to get the car align, after driving for few miles i've noticed they broke my window switch lol, it was pushed in. I didnt bother to go back and let them know.

Do you know app name, or if it automatically wakes up the phone?
