My ride inproved drastically when I switched from stock suspension and lowered on PSS9's.

Ride quality

PSS10's and sway bars on my 03 tt and unless you are set on super stiff the ride comfort and handling is noticeably improved.

Completely depends on what coilovers you get. PSSx will make the stock suspension feel like an old Lincoln. JRZ's with moderate springs will make the PSSx feel like an old Lincoln.
