Looking forward to instal my AMS wastegates this weekend, Any tips on setting them up
i just had to mess with mine a cpl times. adjusting ( only .8 ) then boosted to 1.4 ( cel p1255 upper limit exceeded etc )! until i finally got em right. now i'm again @ max sustained at 1.2. this thread pretty much sums it all up. proper adjustement is CRITICAL to proper boost level(s). good luck with em.

synching them ( or should i say watching
) reminded me of synching my old amal concentric carbs so that the throttle slides opened at the same time. its hardly hi tech but if theyre wrong, forget it. cpl of nuts lol.

mityvac on each w/g to set the rod. then use it at the n75 and have a friend pump it up while your underneath slightly touching each w/g to see that they both start to crack open at the same time. hard to see need to feel it
