Direct wire Redline
I am picking up my 996 on Monday and will direct wire my Redline for long road trip home. I would like to wire it to power-on/off with ignition switch. Which fuse circuit do you suggest? ( I won't have a test light with me). I'll use Add-a-Fuse but not sure size of fuse

What exactly are you looking to do? Lower your redline??

No he's wiring a radar detector.

Check over on rennlist in the diy section. I followed that one. Tapped into the dome light

Doh!..... I still had redline and limiters on the brain and didn't even think about that.....

My V1 hardwire is tapped into dome lamp.
