Electric Gremlins/Final check-up?

My car is under warranty until this coming Jan. and I'd like to have the dealer sort out a few things and maybe check some known/unknown problem areas. Here are the couple of things I've had and I'd appreciate any areas you guys know of so I can have dealer look at:
1) One of my keys has stopped working lock/unlock/hood. Maybe a battery?
2) Sometimes with key in the vicinity but NO CHANCE of button being pressed, doors would lock.
3) Yesterday, after removing the key and exiting with door closed, the dash lights and radio continued to play/stay for 2 minutes until I finally put key in and turned on/off again.
4) Although it hasn't happened in over 1 year, I did have the dreaded 2nd gear pop-out but have put on a few thousand miles without a problem. Could it have fixed itself?
The car only has 6600 miles but I know some dealers don't mind warranty work. I wonder if I mention the 2nd gear thing and it comes back after the warranty is up if it will help. I know alot of those things are dealer specific if they want to help you or not. Since my car was not bought from a local dealer I don't really have a relationship with one but know that the guys from where Dr. Bill just got his car will take care of me/us. Thanks in advance,

Mention everything that may be a problem when you take it in. Make sure the service writer logs it all into the computer. If you have a failure after the warranty is expired you will have it documented that it was present before the warranty ran out.

Oh, i forgot a big one mentioned here previously of the musty swell from the HVAC unit. I know this problem plagues other cars and most times the dealers just spray some stuff in the air intakes that only works temporarily. Anyone know the real fix for this one?
