I have to agree. One of the reasons I only run race gas is because without cats I can either smell 91 exhaust which I really don't like and get a headache from or I can run 100 which actually smells pretty good. And the taste...there's no comparison.

 

93 is $3.80 a gallon here...how much is race gas?

 

It varies. I pay 7.69/gal for 101 unleaded but prices over $8/gal are not unusual.

 

2.97 a gal. for my race gas!! (e85)

 

I agree with the above, but I was alluding to the cat-less and environment.

I know having cats removed on an otherwise efficiently running engine isn't the best thing for the environment but it is minor compared to the above. This trend makes me want to vomit...people at their worst.
