Cdr-220 bluetooth.
What about using an ipod adapter like this:
http://www.discountcarstereo.com/iP-BKR2.html (I've seen this unit on ebay for a bit cheaper too)
and plug in a blue tooth adapter like this:
I know they individually work but have not used together since I upgraded head units.
Cheap enough to try however.
Edit: just found a brand new spare adapter cable in the top drawer of my desk if anyone is interested. PM me and we will work it out

I have an '04 Turbo Cab and was able to get a Bluetooth adapter for my phone using the factory radio (so to speak). Try a local, high end car stereo shop as that's where I found mine which is/was a "Parrot Bluetooth Car Kit". This worked fine but then the screen on the factory unit went so I changed to a Kenwood system and the store took the Bluetooth kit back, full credit.
