I hear in Aizona they use a turbo jet apache copter, 300+ mph...They like to catch those speeders so they can outfit them in black and pink striped jumpsuits in Maricopa county jail!!!!

i do a lot of long distance driving. the key is to get started really early in the mornings, like 430-5am. For much of the western portion of the country you will have completely wide open roads and can easily average 95mph+ for hours and not really worry about getting pulled over at all. In the rest of the country keep around 10-12 over the limit and you shouldn't get pulled over.

I would also suggest packing it in relatively early at night just for safety reasons. If you start early in the mornings you can easily go 2700 miles in 2 days without pushing it later than 9pm or so.

I have a $500 radar jammer that is supposed to be the only one that works that I bought almost a year ago that I never used because the thing weighs 10 pounds and is huge and ugly ... I'm sure asthetics will be the last thing on the priority list ... I am willing to loan this monstrosity out if you're willing to pay for shipping ...

K40 CB Antenna.
THis is a magnetic mount and the only choice. It is the best antenna available. I used it on the 2002 Gumball as shown below.

CB is a matter of choice really.

Being that you ARE Budman and Robin, I believe that automatically grants you a "free pass"! I mean you would only be speeding to solve another "caper" would you not??

hmmm.. on second thought you'd have to be in the Mystery Van for that....

But there are other deadly dangers you and Robin would be running to....so no need for all that "high-tech" equipment just put on your capes real quick and you'll be fine!
