That is 2 min from me, and I had no idea. I just ordered a alpha package for my car less turbos. Doing at Jimmy shop in CT because I know him, but I could have wished I knew this sooner.
Good write up and congrats for having a well sorted car. Tim has always been very helpful to me and he's sent me parts when I was in need without a question asked.
Yes Todd, just picked up my car and drove her back through the tail end of the NY storm, did just one 60-100 mph pull on the corn juice tune and it is much quicker.. did 60-100 mph in 4th gear uphill in wet as quick as my best 3rd gear downhill in the dry pull at 3.2 secs.
Time for new rubber because 1st-3rd gears just pull the tires crazy.
MAFLESS tune with filters coming off the turbos, spools really quick now.
hand made intake piping with welded 2.5" ally u bend. Cone filters with shielding.
Replaced oil and filters
E85 pro tune in Eurodyne with 93 octane and 100 octane gas tunes.
Added Extreme Turbo System (ETS) Intercoolers, which are spectacular. My IATs used to go from 27 C to 45 C on a 150 mph thrashing. The log I did with 18 C showed only a rise to 21C at max.
vbox verify is showing calculated bhp in the range 690-750 bhp at varying speeds, and around 730 bhp at 125 mph in 4th gear.
Awesome build OP! For future plans.....if you went with those 6466's, would you run a T3 or T4 hotside? Isn't Tim running 6262s with T4? Thats what they look like. love it!
I think Tim has GT35's on the #redbeast... I think prodigymb and Tim both ran 6262s but I may start at Forced Performance 68mm HTA on the K24 with ERP clutch and run corn juice or even E50 or so until we get near that magical engine breaking nos. Then next winter up the game
I find with my age and medical history I need to adjust to each power level for a few weeks/months before going up. At even this level the 2nd-3rd gear change comes on very quickly so I would want longer gearing if we ever go above 800 rwhp

Awesome! Im looking at a gt3582 62mm ind. and considering waiting on internals for next year as well. Hopefully supporting mods, E85 and a good tune can keep the engine together for a little bit! Good luck wolfhedge!
I think next we will try the Forced Performance 68 mm HTA K24 billets and then next winter go for a moderate engine build with rods and headstuds and then maybe 6466s etc.
Congratulations, sounds like the build under Tim's guidance has been an absolute success. Only because you mentioned the motor build, will you stay stock DME tuned or be looking at a standalone EMS (especially since you're using E85, so maybe FlexFuel)?
Tim uses Motec, so would go that way... I just went for a 100 mile blast around the Hamptons winding roads and I love it..... even now on just the 93 octane tune.. handling is effing awesome and I can burn off almost all of the local F458's, Lambos and Moostangs etc.
+1 I bet it is!! Can't wait to go Mafless myself! I imagine much better response, cooler intake temps, less weight, reliability, better sound and MORE POWER! Lots of benefits.
