tow hook for GT2 body kit

I have a 04 996 turbo cab which has a GT2 body kit. I think I was told the front is an actual porsche front fascia by a local porsche shop but I"m not sure.
the fuel return line broke and I called AAA.
the car has a tow hook, but it didn't seem to fit the front or rear hole. also the threads in the hook didn't seem to match up with the threads in the hole. when the hook could be inserted full in to the end and wouldn't grab the threads because the threads were at the front of the hole. when I alligned the threads from the hook to the hole threads, they wouldn't thread. seems like the hole is bigger than the diameter of the hook by enough that the hook slides in and out.
I've only had the car six months and have no history.

so the hook doesn't seem to match the hole? could the mod changed the tow hole?

I"m in a bad place because I need to get the car towed to replace
the return fuel line. it pumps gas on the engine which is a bad thing.

also, does anyone have a part number for the return fuel line. it's a rubber hose that attaches in the back of the fuel pump and does a 180 bend and goes above and forward of the pump and connects via a plastic u joint. I can post a picture if it help.

seems like it would be very hard to remove, the back part anyway.

they wouldn't tow it. they said their policy excludes modded cars. I have a full gt 2 body kit. he would have if the tow hook would have attached but he said it would mess the allignment by attaching the cables to underneath the car. also the car has coil overs is lowered and doesn't have much clearance.
I had a guy help me cut the line past where the obvious holes were but the entire line was in bad shape. we couldn't get the original clamp back on so I used a much bigger clamp. I made it back home but at the end I was losing alot of gas. pretty hairly.

how do you get to the back of the fuel pump. I can put my hand where the hose connects but I don't see how I can get a screw driver on it. it's almost a blind procedure.
the car isn't drivable and from what I've been told it's not towable, at least not by AAA and they just have contracts with local towing companies (btw: I had a guy with a flatbed come obviously). only thing I can think to do is find the part order it and see if I can find a mechanic to come out to the house. just seems like it requires someone with good hands (and small hands) rather than a porshce specialist since it's just a hose and I can see where it connects. it's just that I can't get a tool on the back end to unclamp it.

Mine has a TechArt GTS front bumper, lowered with PSS9's, etc. I have a guy that has a special extension on his flatbed that makes the angle incredibly low. No problem, never used a tow hook.

The fula pump is in the tank, so not sure what you are talking about? You mean fuel filter?

ok I got the part. the outflow fuel filter hose. I can put my hard around where it connects deep inside the car, fuel rail, but I don't see how I can get an open wrench on the fitting since it angles back because of the 90 degree metal part.
is there a clear path if I jack up the car and go from underneath?
