That's a heavily modded car to be buying with no info from the guy who did it... It looks well done and parts seem pretty big dollar, suspect whoever did this originally did drop some pretty serious coin for all that. The wide body and paint alone would be huge, it looks pretty good too.

Would recommend you have somebody very well versed in these cars look at it and drive it first. Could be a huge bag of troubles leaving you wishing you'd just bought a stock car.
