When I park the car in my garage overnight and do not-set the alarm on- I see small tiny yellow light just below rear view mirror - Ones i set the alarm it goes off. But if i Dont lock the car, it stays, is that a reminder that car alarm is not set? I know after 20min is still on, but ones I left it overnight- and it was off when i came in the morning, Im always afraid it will drain my battery or something. So I lock the car overnight in my own garage like a dumbass.

 

Its led so I doubt it would drain battery overnight, I have never payed attention to when mine went out etc= owner manual search.

Good to know I thought I read it was a courtesy light of sort but that's all I remember.
