A lil' Tip.. from a lil' Tip...
I've not had much time to play with the car lately but it's come time again to change the fricking spark plugs Guys with seriously modded cars do need and should change their plugs fairly often- I do mine at least every 5k. Anyways, whilst you're in there if you have you mught as well change out your coil packs. Over the past few weeks we've changed a good few plugs on 01 modded turbos and two of them had bad coil packs... Not sure if it's an 01 thing since the BERU part number is the same for other years but just an FYI. Whilst you're there might as well change 'em if you have on 01. I've heard of a few other 01s having that issue...

My 01 had superficial cracks on 5 of 6 coils when I changed the plugs. After some "encouragement" the dealer replaced them under warranty. They seemed to work fine. How did you know the coil packs were bad?
