Doc,
We all have the same problem....... give in to the temtation! It's not worth the fight and everyone will think that you have just maxed out the credit cards and are waiting for more funds. Buy high, sell low!

Doc,
Is there a "MA meeting" (ie: a rice night where you can go and see that others have it worse than you do) in your town you can attend?
Remember the 12 steps:
1. We admitted we were powerless over modsâ€â€that our cars have become unmanageable.
2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3. Made a decision to keep our car stock like the factory intended it to be.
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of how much hp a stock x50 has.
5. Admitted to our wallet, to ourselves, and to 6speed members being the exact nature of our wrongs.
6. Were entirely ready to have the Porsche remain stock forever.
7. Humbly asked the mod shop to remove your credit card # from their files.
8. Made a list of all persons we had raced and spanked the S*it out of , and became willing to make amends to them all.
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would cause another race to beat them or others.
10. Continued to take inventory of the x50 hp and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.
11. Sought through going to PCA councourse's to improve our conscious contact with originality, as we understood our Porsche, asking only for knowledge of others who keep their cars stock and find out what it takes to have the power to carry that out.
12. Having had an awakening as the result of these Steps, we tried to carry this message to modaholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

First of all, let me say that your car is great. I would love to have a TT cab one day, and it is almost perfect as is.
That being said, I have never been a fan of the Turbo twist wheels and that would be my first and maybe only mod.

Every time you look at your car do you really want to say to yourself, "if I only......", or "It really just needs......to be make it MINE", or "it is my car and im gonna change.........., but everyone is right, its fine just the way it is".
SCREW EM!!!!!!! DO IT!!!!!
You can leave the next one "untouched" if it makes you feel any better. You only live once, and who wants to be seen in a stock height, turbo twist, whisper piped Turbo S Cab!!!
If you want to ride conservative then get a Jag. You must remember you are in a Porsche.
Besides...all the cool people do it

Hey, I've got a good idea! Maybe you can ask Craig if you can borrow some of the items from his sig. God knows he has plenty and can spare a few. Heck, nobody here will really even know if you have them or not. You probably could even start lying about what cars you own too. Who's gonna know? That's it, I'm heading over to Bentley LI with my digital so I can find the next couple of cars to be residing in my "garage".
