MY new standalone Syvecs S8 will be set up with a flex fuel sensor, monce mapped on a 20% meth mix or E85 it will automatically switch into a map appropriate to % of Meth or ethanol added to the gas in the tank !!! Ive fitted an Ethanol/Meth ready pump and the flex fuel goes in the return line.

Ive fitted the Toucan control so I have 8 maps at my finger tips all password protected and 8 Traction Control maps and around 20 guages!!!

Check it out its all pretty trick and drives like a stock car.

Hi Johnny, any chance do you know that we can also upgrade the pump for our 997 turbo? We should have 2pump in the tank instead of 1 like the 996, any advice so I can also run E85, thanks.

I am changing to 1100cc ASNU injectors, these are the ONLY injectors I know of that will not deteriorate with meth/eth mix in the tank ID injectors are not designed to pass ANY oxygenated fuel (natural gas only) we have maxxed out on stock injectors and a 5bar pressure reg @ only 1 bar boost (K24 hybrids) and around 600hp and 625 ft lbs, we are on 97% duty cycle pulling 3% fuel in closed loop.
To run E85 you will need to go much bigger injectors and I'd up the pressure too so as to help atomisation if you go back to a petrol map.
Not looked at the set up fuel pump wise in a 997 Turbo as not needed too yet but maybe run 2 455's with a heavier relay in place or just run the booster pumps for the voltage as per the other thread

My biggest piece of advice would be swap to an ecu like the Syvecs S8 or a Pro EFI depending on your tuner, you will not believe what you can do pressing a couple of buttons and you will not be getting ripped off for tunes every time you change something, mine is Wifi and also via Team Viewer ive had it tweaked from the other side of the world !!! Combine it with a Toucan display and you have everything you need at your finger tips
