Merry Christmas speed freaks! Gonna replace my clutch and accumulator myself in next couple of weeks. I know my accumulator is bad. Should I replace my slave cylinder too? I don't think it's bad now but not sure. I'm not going to do GT2 conversion. Any thoughts? Can I test it somehow? Thanks!

 

I would as its easier while apart and not that expensive.

 

absolutely. nothing worse than needing to go back in cpl months later for such a ( relatively ) inexpensive ( 500? ish ) and connected part. the accumulator can be done on jackstands, the slave the car needs to be lifted, and/or mounts lowered to get proper clearance.

do it all at once, esp if new clutch too!
