Another wheel fitment help thread 03 turbo

I bought a set of 2007/08 GT3RS wheels that are a different size than my stock turbo wheels, and I'm trying to make them fit. I have not purchased the tires yet, and I need help choosing the right spacer size and brand (if that's important).
Here is what I have.

Original tire and wheel sizes:
18x11 ET 45 295/30/18
18x8 ET 50 225/40/18

And here is what I am trying to fit.

New tire and wheel sizes
19x12 ET 51 305/30/19
19X8.5 ET 53 235/35/19

I have read that even though these tires seem to be outside the acceptable dimensions for my all wheel drive system that they will work without issue. I have been looking at Pirelli Pilot Super Sport tires because that is what has been recommended.

The car is a 2003 Porsche 911 turbo (996) with a stock suspension and ride height. I have aspirations of a few DE events, but these wheels will see 99% street use.

So... to recap, I'd like some reassurance on my tire size/ choice and spacer size for proper fitment.

thanks for any help you can offer,
Dan

About a -2.75% difference front to rear for the tires which supposedly is ok it just prevents power from being sent to the front. Spacers I'd say 5-10mm. Without spacers front would be 5mm and rears would be 6mm farther out.

Lots and lots of people run 997 tire sizes without issue here, you'll be fine.

Showing my cards a bit... I spoke with Sam from By Design and he told me the tire sizes but I have a conflict in my notes.
I'm pretty sure these are the rear tires he suggested, but I was guessing at the fronts.
thanks for the replies.
