Not a scientific data point...

but my GT2 did 474rwhp @ 1.0bar:
dynojet
93 octane tune
exhaust (200cell cats)
stock wastegates
3.8 fpr
stock intake
stock ICs

Definitely do some logging / boost leak checking

Sorry i don't have a data logger, but will put it on the list.
Sorry yes, I corrected to "boost"
Something is bleeding off or pulling back after initial ramp up it seams.

Pressure test the car...
data logs would be great and go from there...

Well, i did some upgrades on the car. The y-pipe was fabricated and the 4.5" Intercooler Outlets were replaced from 2.25' to 2.5" pipes to match the y-pipe..

3" Custom Exhaust (no cats)
4.5" Custom Intercoolers / AP silicone Ducts

GIAC Stock Program

GIAC Pump Program 91 Oct

Both Run Compared
First thing I would do is get rid of the intake you are using and put the stock box back in with a paper filter ASAP pm me if you want to know why

Cheers,

My car on the GIAC tune made the same power more or less with 93 octane with a near identical dyno chart as yours.

480 whp sounds about right from the GIAC tune

1. Upgrade your fueling and probably clutch
2. Mafless - I had all sorts of problems with the vflow MAF
3. Retune

Good points on the MAF. Does the V-flow have the plastic waffle from the stock airbox in it? It smooths the flow to the MAF. You can even drive it without the MAF connected and see how it reacts.

That is likely an older version. Our latest K24 software makes well into the 500whp range on pump fuel (with exhaust), assuming the car is healthy. We've cracked 500 awhp on X50s using 91 octane fuel with our low reading dyno.

Would that be my case also??
