I think you guys know how I feel about the designs of the company in question.
Regarding Heinz, he really is a nice guy. He is difficult to reach sometimes (many times) but keep trying and he'll eventually get back to you.

I know we're in minority here but I guess we still need to be represented!
The trick to reach Heinz at Gemballa is call him...don't email, you'll have a much better chance of catching hime on the phone.
