Opinions on 996 GT2 DME Read Out

Hi. Looking for opinions on a DME readout for a 6GT2 I am looking at buying.

Engine has a total of 778.7 hours on it.

Range 1 ignitions are 37,323 (last one happened at engine hours of 613)
Range 2 ignitions are 401 (last one happened at engine hours of 555.7)

Translated:
Range 1=103.675 seconds in Range 1
Range 2=1.1139 seconds in Range 2

Has this car been "abused" based on these readings? Opinions?

Thanks,
Kevin

doesn't read like abuse. type 2's reads like a few hits to the rev limiter. is it tuned/limiter been raised possibly? many others know far more and can elaborate, but it's, as you know, the type 2's that you should be concerned about, and that number isn't inordinately high.

Its not been abused. Range 2 is actually over rev limiter but since the ignitions are over 200h hours back, its all good. No harm done.
Rang 1 means rev limiter.
Oh and btw i guess 65.000 ignitions are the limit for the counter.
All good.

the thing to remember is with the 996 tt the readout doesn't discern from up shift and downshift. so it could be a raised rev limiter or a bad downshift. its such a low # its not worth worrying about. forget about dme readout have a mechanic look at the suspension, body and mechanical. this will tell you if its a good car or not
