Disable Seat airbag Driver / Passenger

Hello,

is it possible to disable the seat airbag of the driver and passenger seat after installing recaro pole position in a 996 TT with Durametric Version 6 or what can i do?

you don't have seat airbags. theres a plug from the seat belt receptacle . remove it from the seat and plug it back into the harness under the seat. tie wrap it so it stays attached. this keeps the dash airbag light from coming on. disconnect the battery before you do this.

you have dash airbags only and this plug alerts the car that theres a passenger in the seat . same for the driver side
