Squishy Clutch Pedal-Turbo?

We have a car with a new clutch and when shifting the clutch pedal feels like your squashing grapes. It works perfectly otherwise and it's not severe; but annoying as hell. we've checked the hydaulic booster and bled the system. Has ANYONE heard of this? thanks-Mark
Ta hell with this, it's friday nite-I'm going home to make shrimp scampi and drink Chianti!
