So I purchased a replacement coolant hose for the right hand side of the engine. 997-106-501-01 is what Pelican showed as the current part number. I got it, but it doesnt seem to fit well. There seem to be two ways you could put it on given the orientation of the metal tabs. One is off one way, the other is way off the other way.

I was able to twist it ~15 degrees to fit both sides, but it looks "not right". Am I just being dumb or what? Does it actually fit or is this an incorrect updated part? Help?

 

Do you have a 996TT ? I did a search with your part# 997-106-501-01 and it is applicable on 2007-2009 TT and 2007-2011 GT3 ??? For a 996TT the part# is 996-106-501-77. And I also check at Sonnen and there is no alternate.....
