Does this sound like my clutch is gone or slave issue?

Does this sound like my clutch is gone or slave issue?

I've been reading a ton of threads stating the stock clutch is good for 550+hp and guys have a ton of miles on it.
Currently, the only mods on my car are exhaust and intake. With 35,xxx miles.
As of late my car doesn't like to be shifted quickly. It will ALMOST always slip. However, once in gear, it holds just fine from any RPM or load.
Normally, I'd be fine with replacing the clutch. In this case, based off of what I've been reading about how awesome the stock clutch is and how ****ty the slave setups are, I'm calling in the expertise and experience of the forum!

Is my clutch toast? Slave acting up? Something else?

Clutch does not slip in gear. Only on speed-shifting.

I've owned tons of manual cars that needed clutches over time but non responded this way. It's as if the pressure plate isn't clamping hard enough to grab the clutch when I shift.

Yep, mine did this on quick shifts under power. Held though on "normal" shifts through whatever gear. It was a slippy clutch all right. Traded it out for an ERP carbon twin plate. Transformed the car, took some getting used to, but no regrets at all. Everything else now feels tame.
