So happy with my new car

Finally picked my 01 up yesterday and absolutely love the car. It is by far the most confidence inspiring street cat I've ever driven or been in. Way better than vettes, evos, stis, etc. I put about 300 miles on it messing around and it was a blast. Can't wait until I start doing some upgrades (falls off on top pretty bad stock) but everything but a tune will be winter time projects.
Looking forward to spending more time on the form.

Love the two AWD boxer turbos side by side!

Almost a year ago I sold my EQ tuned 2007 STi

and bought this 2002 Turbo (now also tuned)

welcome to the P Family, I totally agree with you, I'm coming from 2 evo's and m3 and s4, this car is by far the best car i've owned -everything in one. track/grocery shopping/ winter, where i dont have to stare at the car saying i cant take it out because its snowing
had to fix few things here and there, but love driving it....addiction to the stable

I see you have some good amount of mods allready! that is huge, what exhaust is that? and suspension, I cant wait to drop my car 1" next week. looks like you running spacers as well, i want that wing! again, congrats.!

btw, the only thing from outside i would do, wheels, and match the color of the car, side skirts, front and rear

Thabks everyone. So far is is a gt2 body with h&r coilovers, short shifter, and custom exhaust. I'll be redoing the exhaust actually this winter to an going 3 inch x pipe setup with no cats (I'll build it myself). Exhaust right now is carted which sounds ok but not as awesome as it could (ND has no emissions laws so).
My accessport just make in today so I'll be very happy to add a stage 2 tune on it next weekend. Besides that everything else I'll do will come in the winter. It will be a 600hp car by spring

Looks just like my silver car! I've got a white RSTi though :-) As for doing your own exhaust, beware as these cars drone like you wouldn't believe if you aren't careful. It'll sound quiet outside but inside it's agony.

Ya ive built many exhaust systems. I may build it and add an extra set of vband with a removable extra muffler to be installed for long road trips.
Ya my sti is way over built. It's going back on the dyno and them it's for sale actually. It's got about 800 hours of time and 18k in parts on it

No its an oem gt2 front will all the vents. Fully functional. I'm still going to add canards on the front for more downforce ar the track and possible make a larger front splitter for track weekends.
