clutch pedal hard to push down issue

clutch pedal hard to push down issue
So my clutch pedal feels weird. When I push down quickly it feels like there is some resistance towards the bottom and sometimes in the middle. I've noticed if I move very slowly it seems to be easy and feel normal. Is this a symptom of the common clutch hydraulic thing going out?

Accumulator most likely IMO :-(

accumulator $135 part. also check your clutch reservoir level.
