Tire Rack is taking pre orders, they are hoping they will have some available by late March or early April. The 235-35R19/315-25R19 is under $1000 for the set.

I called my wholesale contact and got the same answer last week. Hopefully they come in soon. I'm itching to get the HREs back on!

Great question and will await the response. The Toyo's are about $300 cheaper for the set, but would happily pay the difference if their better.

I dont agree. I have 8k on my tires with hardly any wear. I am only replacing the rears due to bubble in the sidewall. I dont track, but drive as hard as legally possible. They do flat spot if I dont drive her every couple weeks, but they smooth out within 5 or so miles.

From what I hear, the Nittos wear very quickly. I considered a set, and was talked out of them. For the money, you cant go wrong with the Toyos

I had the Nittos and they stunk in my opinion. They would flat spot like nobody's business. I exchanged them for Toyo's and I am on my 3rd set. Love them. I need to grab 2 rears just to have in the basement!

Question

What's with all the flat spotting reports? I've never had issues with PS2's flat spotting, is this just a cheap tire thing?

Think Im going to be going with Potenza S04s. They are about the same overall price as the Toyo and have much better ratings.

that's what I did. Got them at Costco for peanuts. Really great tires. About the same as the PS2's. No more flat spots or squeal.
