Looking for a 3 day Racing Course

What experience / recommendations do you guys have? I am partial to Lime Rock in CT because I drive that is the course that I would drive my car the most often. Skip Barber rules that course. I would be willing to travel for a 3 day driving course. I would prefer an open wheel car and a course with computer readout of driving performance.
