I understand your hesitance, but oil testing does not backup the hypothesis that manufacturer recommended fluids are the best, or increase the longevity of drive train components compared to other premium fully synthestic fluids. Hell, BMW specifies 15K oil changes, sound like a good idea to you?
If someone has a failure due to running a particular fluid or has poor lab results, I would be interested in hearing, but everything I have read on Rennlist from people running Motul 300 has been positive so far.

Yeah mine was doing that along with a stripped out 5-6 shifter. I've heard it's the pinion bearing that usually causes that. My pinion bearing was replaced along with some other parts by Brian Copans. PS is that just some light tint in unique headlights? Looks good. I've been thinking about doing that myself. FWIW in my Audi's I have ran OEM, motul, fuchs, redline.. And I always find myself going back to OEM.. With the Motul 300v being a close second being that its a hybrid fluid can be used tranny/diff. It is also based off where your located and the average ambient temp.. I'm in Socal the temp swings hardly fluctuateOriginally Posted by Olemiss540
