Hey guys searched for a little on this to no avail. I am more than familiar with offsets and what are needed to fit flush on our cars however I found a set of wheels and the seller only was able to provide the backspacing. I have never dealt with backspacing before. Can you determine the fitment with just the specs below?

Specs are 18 x 9.5 w/ 7" backspace and 18x12 with 9.25" backspace.

sounds like narrowbody spacing w/ a 70mm offset in the rear
