Question...rad hoses

Ordered a full set of rad hoses. They showed up without the metal coupling ends that index with the rads. Can I remove the original ends and install on the new hoses?

What brand of hoses? Seems weird. The metal coupling ends that use metal clips are crimped and cannot be removed or reused.

I believe the 996 Turbo was the first to use the crimped on couplers. Chances are that you ended up with standard hoses as used on 986/996 models.
