I had no idea Ralph Boothe was _the_ guy? In any case our good pal Eric@Bumperplugs hooked me up and as usual I needed some other goodies

 

Incorrect he did until Porsche sent him a letter as well. So he no longer sells them to all the distributors.

 

The best thing would be to delete this thread before Porsche sees it and goes after a couple mentioned on here may still have them...

Porsche should make their own silver crests. If they want to stop people from using their trademarked property, they should create their own.

 

They are going to. Yes Ralph Booth is the exclusive man for the sivler crests. He also makes some sweet center caps in silver also. I have a set of his silver center caps that I have never used for sale. If anyone is interested let me know.

Let me tell tell you a story about Ralph Booth. I was at the 2003 Concorso Italiano with my friend. This guy and his wife passes my car and asks me if I liked the silver wheel caps. I told hom yes and told him where he could get a set. He told me mine looked a little worn and left. A few minutes later he came back and offered to exchange my worn ones for a new set. Yes, it was Ralph and his wife.

 

I thought you were going to put mine on before you left?

 

I met Ralph for the first time in a similar way. He's a great guy with fascinating "Porsche" stories.
