Puddle light on driver side, how does it attach?

Puddle light on driver side, how does it attach?
Changed my lights to led and went to do the driver side puddle light. The housing was duct taped to the panel. Is there a bracket that holds the light housing? Part of that panel?

*edit, it's a broken bracket, held on with rivets.. Made a new one.
