need some misc fasteners and would love to be able to provide the actual p/ns to the dealer rather than have them order the wrong parts numerous times. I have seen some people post parts diagrams, but have not found the source. Any help is appreciated. thank you!

In addition to autoatlanta, Porsche also released pdf of the PET for 996 TT.

thanks for that!! super helpful.

1 thing to note for the PET for the 996tt, they list the seat switches available separately, but they don't work for a turbo, I think only boxster. I was looking for a seat switch, but apparently, you have to order the entire electronic assembly.... ugh...

also, if anyone knows the part number for the plugs that hold the interior trunk carpet to the car, Id appreciate it, I couldn't find it on any of the diagrams. there should be two large black plugs that are high up near the rubber weather seal in the front trunk compartment. thanks a million!

found the correct diagram, but when I put the part numbers into ecs, they don't look like the correct plugs.

unfortunately, no. one was missing, and the other one was kind of mangled, but I do have a picture of their location on the car.

Try putting the part number in at a dealer site instead of ECS... I usually use Sunset or Sonnen

I don't think so. I think the ones you have pictured look like they would fasten onto a body stud. The onese I need are purely plugs that pop through the hole in the carpet and attach it by popping into a body hole.

Agree, went to look at my car and Item#5 part# 99950752940 is what I got. It got a catch part#99959004640 in white plastic and a screw in black...I only got this type of screw on the ABS system cover. The 6 disc changer is on the other screws location....
