Immobilizer programing options

I recently purchased a used ecu with matching key but the immobilizer under the seat is not a matched pair. Anyone know of a way to bypass the immobilizer or who can program it to match? My local dealer said I must buy a new immobilizer @$900 and they will not program a used unit

First you will need to get IPAS codes (should be able to get them from Porsche directly although YMMV). Then you'll need access to PST2 or PIWIS.

You will also need to get the matching steering column lock or get a new one programmed.
