For those that remember this car, we've brought Spoolbus back from the dead and made it better than ever. Ryan, the co-owner of AIM Performance purchased the car from the previous owner in 2016 as a roller and has spent the last year gathering parts and preparing the build. The car was completed about 2 weeks ago and made 1238 rwhp so far. It also ran a 9.5 @ 153mph on just its 3rd full pass on a medium boost setting. We have not run the car on kill mode yet as we're still shaking it down and testing / logging everything.

The car features our AIM1200+ engine package with a Syvecs standalone tuned by Emre of ESmotor. Look for more of this car in 2018!

Any info on this package? Prices? I’m doing a build soon, going fro my gt2860rs setup to a3076 and Mafless with rods and headstuds etc. May be tempted by this though, so, more info please?

 

haha good catch. The car received a full respray before the engine was installed and has not been wet sanded yet so the badges have not been reinstalled

Nice work guys! Great to see one of the 996s that put the platform on the map to be competitive in dig/roll/street back and better than ever.
