Speed Yellow 996 turbo tip

Really low mileage.. clean carfax..
Any thoughts? I am digging the color, sunroof delete, overall condition and I prefer tip although I know most people don't. Will the tip hurt resale value tremendously?

Not bad, maybe a touch high on the price for negotiation purpouses. The tips are worth less. If this was a 6 speed they would be asking for 55 or so.

Nice example if you plan to use it daily. Beautiful, fast, easy to live with and bullet proof car as can be.
If you want it to collect and re-sale it later then yes, the Tip will hurt the value.
