After deciding to buy an Accessport for my 04 996tt X50, search for a vendor was next. Given all the positive posts about Sam @ By Design this is who I chose to deal with. Order went in and Accessport showed up in short order. On downloading my custom map I ran into difficulties as my computer would not transfer map to the Accessport. Many tries failed resulting in returning the component to Sam for attention. Between Sam and Cobb engineering they managed to narrow the problem down to my computer. Custom map now installed the unit has been returned and now functioning quite nicely.... car is running great.
