Dumb question on removing a panel

Ok,

Instead of using the "get a bigger hammer" approach, I thought I'd ask the gruppe: How do I remove the panel that's above the rear seatbacks which has the bose subwoofer openings? I'm trying to access the strut towers and don't see an obvious clip or fastener. Any help would be appreciated!

remove the 2 plastic surrounds on each side in the front to reveal a torx fastener on each side and loosen both fasteners then pull sub box straight out towards front of car, disconnect electrical connection on left side
there will be carpeted foam blocks above each strut tower
