Bilstein PSS10 part #48-186346_Why are they not available?

I've been trying to order some PSS10 part # 48-186346. But they are not available. Tire Rack said they have been back order since last November. Vivid said the delay was due to Bilstein moving location?? What's the real story behind the delay.

LinwoodM is an unknown quantity at this point

Vivid is correct. Bilstein moved locations and have not started to pump out products yet...
