look at this picture

Look under my front bumper. Does it look like the tray under the front bumper is flexing down towards the ground? Looks like its pushing out from air pressure. Maybe this is normal. Car looks normal parked, flat...

+1 - Probably the brake vents... I can't see the tray moving that much.

It's the rubber pieces attached to the front fender - front section of the wheel liners. They dont really have much structure and are only attached on 2 sides will the arrow heads into slots. I notice mine all the time as they sit really low.

Yes, in the parts catalog, they call that the "Air Duct". I think that is what you are seeing...
