Seized Engine
***Update***
The engine has been removed from the car and the head was also removed, the engine seized due to a broken valve.
A new replacement engine has been ordered under warranty.
Thanks for the help guys.

You must have really been running lean to break the valve!
I can't believe they even said it seized due to being lean. It like me telling you the world is flat.

What can happen is enough of the valve breaks in chamber it can jam the piston to the head. It would have to break at low RPM though. If it happened at high RPM it would more than likely just beat everything to death.
Wow, been there. Broke a valve, it lodged in the cylinder, tore up the head and the piston. Mine happened at freeway speeds which made it this ugly. Really expensive when out of warranty. Glad you're covered.
Thanks for the support guys, I would like to say a special thanks to Tod, Nate & Stephen (PorschPHD) for the tremendous support that they offered even with us being 10,000 + miles apart, you guys are awesome, thank you.
