Just wanted to thank Arling for exceptional service for some Techart II replacement parts. I ordered them a few weeks ago, and received them last night. Arling went above and beyond to help me get these parts from Germany, ordered the parts before I committed to buying, and sent a tracking number. Guess he knew I really needed them.

The one thing that really surprised me was he sent the parts without collecting any payment info. He wanted me to have them in hand before getting paid.
WOW!!! Talk about trust and excellent service. I offered to pay many times, and he said to wait til I am 100% satisfied....(don't get me started with the 969 thing again).

Thanks to Arling and the many sponsors (Sharkwerks is in the same category) that make modding this car fun and actually enjoyable to spend money with them.

Without these great tuners and guys....my car would probably still be stock...but I would have alot more money though!

No doubt about that! Nice to hear you had a great experience. When I get my P-car, it will go straight to Lucent!! That's the only place it will visit! Hahaha!
